- Align local business strategy with the national operational strategy of the company.
- Monitor and analyse operational costs and turnover continuously.
- Provide timely feedback regarding budgetary deviations.
- Contribute to business planning and budgeting processes through identifying trends and areas of improvement.
- Manage operational costs in line with budget.
- Plan staffing levels effectively.
- Develop team members to ensure business efficiency and performance management.
- SUPPORT AND FACILITATE HUMAN CAPITAL INITIATIVES AND PROCESSES INCLUDING EMPLOYEE RELATIONS.
- Adjust fixed and variable staff costs according to occupancy levels at all times.
