  • Participate actively in internal audit and corrective actions implemented within 3 months and monitored.
  • Align local business strategy with the national operational strategy of the company.
  • Monitor and analyse operational costs and turnover continuously.
  • Provide timely feedback regarding budgetary deviations.
  • Contribute to business planning and budgeting processes through identifying trends and areas of improvement.
  • Manage operational costs in line with budget.
  • Plan staffing levels effectively.
  • Develop team members to ensure business efficiency and performance management.
  • SUPPORT AND FACILITATE HUMAN CAPITAL INITIATIVES AND PROCESSES INCLUDING EMPLOYEE RELATIONS.
  • Adjust fixed and variable staff costs according to occupancy levels at all times.
