About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced finance operations professional to support financial planning, analysis, and decision-making across our organization. As a Senior Financial Strategist, you will work closely with various departments to enhance financial performance, ensure accurate financial reporting, and drive operational efficiencies within the food and beverage sector.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with operational teams to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making across departments, particularly in areas of cost control, profitability, and process optimization.
  • Prepare and review financial reports, including variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, to inform strategic business decisions.
  • Oversee the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial performance and recommend improvements to optimize business outcomes.
  • Support inventory and cost management, analyzing stock levels, cost of goods sold (COGS), and supply chain efficiencies to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
  • Manage financial compliance, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and internal policies to mitigate risk and maintain a strong reputation.
  • Lead or participate in projects to streamline financial processes and implement system improvements, driving efficiency and productivity throughout the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a finance operations or business partnering role, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business insights and informing strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, with experience using tools like SAP, Oracle, or similar software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • High proficiency in Excel and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Adaptability and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes that drive business outcomes.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated at $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
