Job Description

We are looking for a Senior IT Support Technician to provide technical assistance and ensure the optimal functioning of our IT systems at PERI GmbH Formwork Scaffolding Engineering.

Responsibilities
  • Installation and configuration of desktops, peripherals, communication tools, and software.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Documenting incidents and service requests in a ticketing system.
  • Coordinating with external IT service providers and suppliers.
  • Maintenance of local network infrastructure.
Competencies
  • Basic Requirements:
    • Vocational training as an IT specialist in System Integration or equivalent qualification.
