  • Capturing and/or overseeing the WSP/ATR and Pivotal submissions process on all 21 SETAs websites.
  • Consulting service to clients on WSP and the monitoring thereof.
  • Securing new clients and meeting monthly sales targets.
  • Assisting with all HR requirements and queries coming in from our clients.
  • Assisting with all HR matters of the Learning Academy.
  • Implementing and monitoring all processes to ensure that the Basic Conditions of Employment Act is adhered to at the Learning Academy and also if required by the client.
  • Drafting of policies and procedures as and when required.
  • Assisting with the recruitment process of staff for the Learning Academy and for clients if required.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc duties with regards to the business as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Qualified SDF
  • Experience with various SETA systems
  • Certified in Employment Equity (full compliance)
  • Certified Facilitator (advantageous)
  • MS Office
  • Attention to detail
  • Sense of urgency
  • Sales experience
