Job Overview

The Customer Engagement Agent will work closely with our clients to deliver exceptional customer service and drive revenue growth.

  • Responsibilities include:
  1. Contacting customers to discuss their account and resolve any outstanding issues.
  2. Ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in a professional and courteous manner.
  3. Providing support and guidance to customers to help them manage their accounts effectively.
  4. Collaborating with internal teams to identify and address customer pain points.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a call center environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
  • A high level of patience and empathy to handle difficult customer conversations.
