Job Overview

The Training and Development Expert role is a critical part of our organizational success. In this position, you will play a key role in shaping the skills and abilities of our employees to achieve our strategic goals.

Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality training that meets the evolving needs of our business. This includes training on Merchandise Planning Systems, addressing the training needs for new businesses, and ensuring users are proficient with our systems.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver effective training programs.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance knowledge transfer and skill development.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, guides, and documentation.
  • Conduct refresher training sessions to drive process and system standardisation.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A relevant tertiary qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Merchandise Planning.
  • Prior experience in coaching and knowledge transfer.
  • Understanding of TFG Systems is desirable.
