Requirements

  • IT degree or diploma or relevant qualification
  • Extensive experience in developing and refining IT processes
  • Extensive knowledge in system and log monitoring using leading infrastructure monitoring tools
  • Experience in Docker containerization
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships and leading technical discussions
  • Experience in conducting IT risk assessments and contributing to disaster recovery planning
  • Collaborative experience in developing new systems and ensuring smooth integration
  • Experience in managing cyber security threats
