Trolley Fleet Administrator Job Description

Meondoholdings is seeking a highly skilled Trolley Fleet Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Group Trolley Management team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating administration for effective management of our trolley fleet on a national scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate trolley counts and maintain the trolley fleet according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Interact with Trolley Teams, including employees, area managers, store managers, and administrators, to ensure data accuracy and filter information effectively.
  • Generate routine reports on trolley losses and broken trolleys.
  • Send reports to relevant stakeholders to facilitate trolley recovery and repair.
  • Partner with Trolley porting teams to ensure required information is received and filtered accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Department to ensure effective trolley fleet management on sites.
  • Conduct training sessions to improve staff knowledge on Trolley Management and Hygiene.
  • Apply a continuous improvement philosophy to processes, enhancing administration and increasing efficiencies.
  • Organize and maintain trolley files, documents, and administrative duties as needed.
  • Assist in executing department projects as assigned.
  • Conduct site inspections of trolleys as per provided sheets.
  • Manage disciplinary actions for non-compliance within the trolley fleet management scope.
  • Process and facilitate costs for trolley losses.
  • Facilitate and conduct trolley repairs on site as required.
  • Participate in trolley recovery with the team.
  • Manage scorecards for trolley management.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification in Operations or Fleet Management is preferred.
  • 3+ years of Operations experience, with experience in Trolley Management being a plus.
  • Strong administration skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and shift direction easily.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resourceful self-starter who can work independently while understanding the importance of teamwork.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel.
  • Physically fit, as the job requires site visits involving trolley collection.
  • Able to frequently travel on a national scale.
