  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing information
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase the benefits of modular buildings
  • Customize solutions to meet client requirements, considering budget and timeline constraints
  • Negotiate rental rates and contract terms to maximize profitability and client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure the rental fleet is well-maintained and ready for deployment
  • Manage logistics for delivery, installation, and dismantling of modular buildings at client sites
  • Monitor rental fleet performance, including utilization rates and revenue generation
  • Prepare and present reports to management, offering insights and recommendations for business growth
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns promptly and courteously
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams and sister companies to identify growth opportunities and synergies
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to sales, rentals, and client interactions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, construction management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated sales or rental experience in construction, real estate, or a related industry

  • Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Familiarity with the modular or portable buildings industry
