Trolley Fleet Coordinator Job Description

As a key member of the Meondoholdings team, you will collaborate with the Group Trolley Management team to ensure the efficient administration and oversight of our trolley fleet across various locations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain accurate trolley counts and ensure the fleet is serviced in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).
2. Engage daily with Trolley Teams, including employees, area managers, and store administrators, to verify the integrity of data received.
3. Produce regular reports detailing trolley losses and damages.
4. Distribute reports to stakeholders to facilitate the recovery and repair of trolleys.
5. Work closely with on-site trolley porting teams to ensure that necessary information is effectively communicated for optimal fleet management.
6. Collaborate with the Operations Department to guarantee the smooth management of trolley fleets at various sites.
7. Conduct training sessions aimed at enhancing staff knowledge regarding Trolley Management and Hygiene practices.
8. Implement a continuous improvement approach to enhance administrative processes and boost efficiency.
9. Organize and maintain trolley-related files, documents, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
10. Assist in the execution of departmental projects as assigned.
11. Perform site inspections of trolleys as outlined in provided documentation.
12. Manage disciplinary actions for non-compliance within the trolley fleet management framework.
13. Process and manage costs associated with trolley losses.
14. Facilitate and oversee trolley repairs on-site as necessary.
15. Participate in team efforts for trolley recovery.
16. Manage scorecards related to trolley management.

Qualifications:
- Relevant qualifications in Operations or Fleet Management are preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Operations is required, with prior experience in Trolley Management being advantageous.
- Strong administrative capabilities and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
- Comfortable managing sensitive and confidential information.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of managing tasks and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- A resourceful self-starter who values teamwork while being able to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Physically fit, as the role involves site visits for trolley collection.
- Willingness to travel nationally as required.
