Job Description:

The Electrical Pre-Sales Consultant will be responsible for providing pre-sales technical support for electricity products and solutions. This includes interacting with potential clients to determine their needs and explaining the value of Hexing Electric South Africa's products or services. The successful candidate will also be responsible for delivering presentations and demonstrations to prospective and current clients, and collecting information on utility's pain points. Additionally, they will be responsible for maintaining account plans' technical portions and developing job-related expertise and communication skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, Btech, National Diploma or above in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experiences in the metering sector
  • At best, experience in a similar position or metering industrial
  • Computer science
  • Experience in Electrical product manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Language: English as working language (written and spoken)
  • Customer service background experience is crucial to the role
