We are a leading provider of security services in the industry, and we are seeking an experienced Senior Security Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our large branch in Robertville. This includes overseeing the overall management of the branch, including key functions such as operations, financial management, transport, human resources, industrial relations, and client portfolios.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, with at least 10 years' experience in the industry. You will be responsible for managing a team of Operations Managers, Site Managers, and Supervisors to ensure that all client matters are dealt with promptly. You will also be responsible for managing staff by applying the four major functions of a manager: planning, organizing, leading, and controlling.
You will also be responsible for attending daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with clients as stipulated and when required. You will also be responsible for training and development of staff, succession planning, asset control, fleet control, fire arm control, and risk assessments on client premises.
The successful candidate will have a Matric certificate, Psira Grade A registration, and accreditation. You will also have experience in financial management, budgets, and managing a fleet of vehicles. You will have strong planning, leadership, organizational skills, and good interpersonal and communication skills.
