Essential Education: A relevant Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Desired Education: Automation certification (UiPath) and a strong understanding of software development life cycle and RPA technologies.
Required ExperienceEssential Minimum Experience: At least 3-5 years' experience with software development life cycle and RPA technologies, including process re-engineering and business process analysis.
Desired Experience: At least 2 years' experience in complex RPA and related automation development, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Required Job Skills and Knowledge- Architecting and developing workflow-based solutions.
- Database query languages and object-oriented programming languages.
- Process re-engineering and business process analysis.
- RPA Software (e.g. BluePrism, UiPath, WorkFusion).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and become an expert in RPA and other automation technologies.
