Job Title: Human Resources and Payroll Administrator
About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled HR / Payroll Administrator to join our team at SPEC-Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of payroll, as well as managing various HR-related tasks.
Responsibilities- Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Administer employee benefits, deductions, and statutory payments.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure proper documentation and filing.
- Handle employee contracts, transfers, terminations, and salary adjustments.
- Monitor the company's time and attendance system (UNICLOX).
To be considered for this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure. You should also have experience with HR and payroll administration, preferably with BuildSmart Payroll.
