As the Program Coordinator, you will report to the Portfolio Manager and collaborate with the Service Operations team. We seek a leader who is genuinely passionate about mentoring and guiding others, with proven leadership capabilities and experience. Join us in making a positive impact

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the program, including staffing, administrative duties, and financial management. Ensure the delivery of a high-quality, inclusive, and educational program. Create a safe, secure, and nurturing environment for children. Collaborate effectively with an established team to achieve the best outcomes for children and families. Promote the program within the local community in alignment with our Vision, Mission, and Values. Job Requirements:
Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines. Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, and training in Asthma/Anaphylaxis. Strong understanding of childcare legislation, including the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards. Proficient computer skills, including experience with childcare management software. Demonstrated leadership and team development abilities.
