Educator - Jimboomba

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Educator to join our team at Emmaus OSHC in Jimboomba. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to primary school-aged children.

• Provide nurturing care and support to children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
• Ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment that promotes learning and development.
• Create engaging and inclusive recreational and educational experiences that cater to diverse needs and interests.
• Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, promoting a collaborative and supportive team culture.
• Contribute to the development of programs and activities that align with the service's goals and objectives.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

• A competitive hourly rate of $24.13 – $30.07, depending on qualifications and experience, plus split shift and uniform allowances.

• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
• Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis Certificate.
• A passion for working with school-aged children in a play-based environment.
