New Business Development Manager

This position is instrumental in propelling new business growth and development for the service team by promoting our service offerings, installations, and maintenance service contracts to both new and existing customers.

- Utilizes research to maintain accurate sales projections and market analysis.
- Provides insightful sales data to the Sales Manager via regular reporting.
- Familiarity with Pipedrive is crucial for sales tracking and management.
- Delivers engaging presentations to potential customers showcasing Dormakaba's services.
- Develops strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective internal and external interactions.
- Lead teams and tackle complex challenges efficiently.
- Matric certificate.
- Unrestricted driver's license.
- A reliable vehicle for daily customer visits.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service.
- CRM expertise.
- Basic understanding of physics and electrical theory.
- Minimum three to five years of sales experience within the industry.
