Responsibilities
  • To understand customer requirements and promote the sale of solutions offered by the company
  • To sell electrical energy efficiency and electrical power quality solutions
  • To confer with customers and engineers to assess and customize solutions for each customer
  • To perform technical presentations that explain products and solutions to customers and prospective customers
  • To grow the sales funnel by identifying new business opportunities
  • To effectively manage a formal referral system to drive sales performance
  • To manage all won/lost deals to improve sales performance
  • To cultivate strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • To stay up-to-date with market trends and competitive pressures to develop strategies and tactics
  • To prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts
  • To meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
