Reception and Administrative Support Specialist

At Persona Staff, we are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Greeting visitors and answering calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Updating calendars, scheduling meetings, and booking appointments
- Storing client information and maintaining confidentiality
- Sending and responding to emails and messages
- Redirecting client queries and providing assistance as needed
- Maintaining the reception area, including ordering and managing office supplies
- Organizing meeting rooms and ensuring they are clean and tidy
- Drafting ad hoc documentation and handling deliveries
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- A matric certificate
- A valid driver's license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
- Initiative and ability to work under pressure
