At Persona Staff, we are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Greeting visitors and answering calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Updating calendars, scheduling meetings, and booking appointments
  • Storing client information and maintaining confidentiality
  • Sending and responding to emails and messages
  • Redirecting client queries and providing assistance as needed
  • Maintaining the reception area, including ordering and managing office supplies
  • Organizing meeting rooms and ensuring they are clean and tidy
  • Drafting ad hoc documentation and handling deliveries

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English
  • A matric certificate
  • A valid driver's license
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
  • Initiative and ability to work under pressure
