JenRec Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Digital Product Strategist to join our team.

As a Digital Product Strategist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of technology and creativity. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in product ownership or project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing digital product development, particularly in websites and mobile apps.

We are looking for someone who can define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities, translating business strategy into product strategy and ensuring alignment with client expectations. Your ability to oversee the full project lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, will be invaluable to our team.

The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact between clients, developers, and other stakeholders, ensuring transparent and effective communication, managing expectations, and providing regular updates. You will work closely with clients to gather detailed requirements, understand their needs, and translate them into clear and actionable product backlogs.

You will lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, prioritizing the backlog to ensure the most valuable features are delivered first. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, and testers, will be essential to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

We are offering a salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. This position requires strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban. If you have excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, we encourage you to apply.
