Digital Marketing Strategist

Premier Destination Management Company seeks a skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to lead the development and execution of our B2B marketing strategy in South Africa. This remote role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, experience with CRM and database management, and proficiency in relevant software applications such as Sales Force, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.

To succeed in this position, you will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Advertising and at least three years of experience in luxury travel marketing, specifically in African destinations. You will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and enhancing online generating tools, executing marketing analytics, and developing innovative marketing programs that drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing strategic marketing plans to attract customers
• Managing the marketing budget and overseeing the design of marketing materials for various platforms
• Collaborating with the team to create engaging content and directing copywriters, graphic designers, and website consultants
• Collecting industry data to inform marketing strategies and improving customer relationships through social media

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. We offer a competitive salary range of R600,000 - R800,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
