As a forward-thinking organization, we are seeking a highly experienced Digital Product Visionary to manage multiple projects within our software engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in product ownership or project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing digital product development, particularly in websites and mobile apps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Management: Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities. Translate business strategy into product strategy and ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Project Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, developers, and other stakeholders. Ensure transparent and effective communication, managing expectations and providing regular updates.
• Requirement Gathering: Work closely with clients to gather detailed requirements, understand their needs, and translate them into clear and actionable product backlogs.
• Agile Practices: Lead Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Prioritize the backlog, ensuring the most valuable features are delivered first.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, developers, and testers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the final product meets the required standards and delivers an exceptional user experience.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or similar role in a digital or software engineering environment.
• A strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, preferably in website and mobile app development.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with product management tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
