We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Community and Social Media Lead to join our team at Ad Talent.

Your Role

As our Community and Social Media Lead, you will be responsible for managing and engaging with our community on various social media platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others. You will build and maintain relationships with parents, learners, and staff through active community management, ensuring conversations remain respectful, relevant, and aligned with our values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and engage with the community on social media platforms
  • Build and maintain relationships with parents, learners, and staff
  • Monitor community interactions and ensure they reflect our commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment
  • Act as the primary point of contact for community inquiries and concerns
  • Identify opportunities for meaningful engagement and foster participation
  • Maintain a positive online presence and respond promptly to community members

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in social media and community management, preferably in an educational or similar field
  • A hands-on approach with the ability to actively manage and engage the community
  • A strong understanding of social media platforms and how to foster community growth and interaction
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on maintaining a positive and professional online atmosphere
  • The ability to work independently and manage the community in-house
