Purpose of the Job
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for members.
- Develop a passion for conducting group exercise classes and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
Key Performance Areas include:
- Answering phone calls and responding to member inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing customer service that exceeds member expectations.
- Efficiently resolving queries and ensuring a smooth member experience.
- Greeting and accessing members in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Creating a positive first impression for members and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Ensuring the reception area is effectively and efficiently controlled.
- Utilizing superior communication skills to build strong relationships with members and colleagues.
Experience and Competencies Required
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications.
- Displaying friendly and efficient qualities that reflect the HR Genie way.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and hours.
- Maintaining high energy levels and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in a front desk or welcome desk position is an added advantage.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
