  3. The Programme Manager will also direct complex studies focused on establishing long-term risks in relation to assets life cycle, asset maintenance, and net asset value of critical Unit/Cluster high-value assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define immediate short-term and long-term objectives/plans associated with asset management.
  2. Direct complex studies focused on establishing long-term risks in relation to assets life cycle, asset maintenance, and net asset value of critical Unit/Cluster high-value assets.
  3. Prepare business plans to determine and present the sustainability of major complex/high-risk strategic projects.
  4. Evaluate, review, and align infrastructure development plans against critical deliverables detailed in the Integrated Development Plan.

Preferred Requirements:

  1. Postgraduate qualification (NQF Level 9) in Architecture or any other related equivalent qualification.
  2. Registered as a professional with the South African Council for the Architectural Profession (SACAP).
  3. 7 Years relevant experience.
