About the Role

As an Industrial Relations Specialist at SKG Properties, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining positive relationships between the company and its employees. Your primary objective will be to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, promoting a harmonious and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with HR to develop and implement employee relations policies and procedures aligned with company goals and objectives.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for all employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and policy interpretation.
  3. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances, recommending appropriate solutions.
  4. Prepare cases and represent the company in disciplinary, CCMA, Bargaining Council, and Labour Court matters.
  5. Ensure adherence to relevant labor laws and regulations.
  6. Negotiate with labor unions and participate in collective bargaining agreements.
  7. Maintain accurate records and reports related to employee relations activities.
