An opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Senior Service Consultant (Counter Sales & Team Leader) to lead our Ladysmith fitment centre team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, ensuring compliance with company standards, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to all customers and staff.
  • Process claims accurately and quickly, liaising with customers on excess amounts and collecting payments.
  • Order stock according to work schedules, following buy-out procedures to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Secure end-of-day reports, analyse variances, and escalate discrepancies to management.
Desired Experience and Qualification
  • Relevant tertiary qualification.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar industry environment.
  • Highly organised and efficient with strong analytical skills.
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle are essential.
