About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a High-Risk Case Management Professional. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with perpetrators of domestic abuse and make a real difference in their lives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a domestic abuse programme, working closely with Independent Domestic Violence Advisors, and managing long-term outcomes. The ideal candidate will have experience in public protection/safeguarding multi-agency settings, proficiency in managing safeguarding issues and procedures, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering a domestic abuse programme for high-risk perpetrators.
  • Working closely with Independent Domestic Violence Advisors to review risks and develop safety plans.
  • Managing long-term outcomes by working with each service user for 3-12 months to achieve behaviour change.
  • Engaging proactively with multi-agency settings to ensure a coordinated response.
  • Direct work with vulnerable service users.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proven track record of working with perpetrators of domestic abuse.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
