About the Role

The Key Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for our key clients in the FMCG sector, particularly with Shoprite and Checkers. This is a full-time hybrid role that requires strong analytical skills, excellent customer service, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Analyse market trends and make informed decisions to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 5 years FMCG Sales experience, preferably 2 years working as a Key Accounts Manager.
  • Proven experience in account management and building relationships with key clients in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyse market trends.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
