About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Human Capital Manager to join our team at CallForce. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to drive business growth by developing and implementing effective HR strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Closely collaborate with Operations to design and implement people initiatives that yield desired outcomes, encompassing employee engagement, satisfaction, and query handling.
  • Maintain oversight of HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in handling IR-related matters efficiently, minimizing operational disruptions.
  • Offer strategic guidance on complex cases, ensuring timely decisions are made without labor knowledge delays.
  • Evaluate payroll processes to mitigate potential financial losses and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Work closely with Lead Recruiters across regions to achieve talent acquisition objectives.
  • Support recruitment teams through targeted interventions aimed at enhancing attraction and visibility.
  • Design campaign-specific competency-based interview guidelines and train teams accordingly.
  • Monitor attrition rates throughout an employee's life cycle, focusing on the initial 3 months to assess recruitment process effectiveness and propose improvements.
  • Assess and improve the Induction and Onboarding process, suggesting impactful changes to enhance its outcome.
  • Collaborate with partners like BPESA and CapeBPO to leverage their initiatives and foster business growth.
  • Contribute to the quarterly newsletter in collaboration with marketing.
  • Engage current and future business needs by developing, motivating, and retaining human capital.
  • Foster a positive working environment, promoting employee well-being and job satisfaction.
