Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Team Coordinator to join our team at our Southern Suburbs facility. This is a night shift opportunity that requires strong leadership and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of carers to deliver outstanding physical, social, and emotional support to residents/patients.
  • Ensure care plans are properly executed and charted on our online internal system.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures, reporting any non-compliance to the Carer Manager.
  • Conduct probation assessments and ensure performance documentation is completed and submitted timeously.
  • Address disciplinary issues by reporting and investigating incidents, logging them with HR, and issuing necessary outcomes in accordance with company guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary on offer is R 18,000 per month (Cost to Company). In addition to a competitive salary, we offer quarterly performance bonuses based on individual performance and company performance. We also provide long service leave, discounts on internet packages, and wellness programs.
