Job Description:

The Legends Agency is seeking an experienced HR Generalist Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Camps Bay. This role offers an incredible opportunity to contribute to creating a supportive workplace culture that fosters growth and satisfaction.

About the Role:

This position involves providing comprehensive support to our HR functions, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. As an HR Generalist Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with various HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Administration: Assist with HR-related tasks, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Policies and Procedures: Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by assisting with employee engagement initiatives and addressing employee inquiries.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR generalist role or similar position within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software and systems; proficiency in MS Office is essential.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary range of R350,000 - R450,000 per annum, depending on experience.
