Overview:

The Legends Agency seeks a seasoned Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team in Camps Bay. As an integral member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture while ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

About the Role:

This key position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, and performance management. Your ability to foster a positive work environment, ensure legislative compliance, and drive employee development will be essential to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee relations management.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, onboarding new staff, and facilitating training programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Manage payroll, leave, and benefits processes while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Support performance evaluations, disciplinary actions when necessary, and overall HR administration.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
  • Familiarity with all relevant HR-related legislation; experience with Sectoral Determination 6 and 14 is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) at a minimum of Level 2; familiarity with the VIP Premier Payroll System is preferred.

We Offer:

A competitive salary of R250,000 - R300,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for growth and professional development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
