Business Development Representative

We are a reputable short-term insurance company seeking a skilled and ambitious individual to fill the position of OUTsurance Short Term Broker.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting for new clients through various means, including networking, cold calling, and door-to-door canvassing
- Effective communication with both internal stakeholders and clients
- Providing solutions to clients by selling OUTsurance short term products aligned to their needs
Requirements include:
- Completed Matric or National Senior Certificate
- FAIS credits/Full Insurance Qualifications
- RE5
- Valid code B driver's license
- Excellent communication skills in English
