Introduction:

The main purpose of this role is to manage credit relations with suppliers, ensure accurate and timely payments, and resolve any issues that may arise.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Verify General Receipt Notes (GRNs) to confirm accuracy.
  • Reconcile creditor accounts regularly to prevent any discrepancies.
  • Process supplier payments efficiently and effectively.
  • Respond to supplier inquiries and resolve any disputes in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Related certificate advantageous.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Relevant system/product knowledge.
