Site Management:
  • Adhere to specific contractual obligations
  • Supervise site resources, including materials and equipment
  • Ensure adherence to the site contract schedule
  • Provide regular updates to the Contracts Manager regarding site allowances
  • Manage site operations, workforce, timelines, and resources within established guidelines
  • Document any additional work requested by the client
  • Foster and maintain positive client relationships
  • Deliver weekly reports on progress and expenditures
  • Participate in site meetings
  • Uphold health and safety standards
  • Confirm that all required medical assessments are completed prior to project initiation
  • Ensure induction processes are finalized where applicable
  • Advocate for health and safety compliance in accordance with the OHSA Act

Financial Responsibilities:
  • Provide insights on weekly financial performance
  • Supply measurements and cost details to the Contracts Manager
  • Ensure all unbudgeted expenses are accurately identified, documented, and variations recorded

Policies and Procedures:
  • Ensure team compliance with all internal and external policies

Quality Assurance:
  • Guarantee adherence to the Quality Management Plan
  • Maintain quality documentation
  • Meet company and contract-specific quality standards

EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma (Grade 12)
  • Minimum of a BTech in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Approximately 5 years of experience as a Site Agent, preferably within a construction firm, with a focus on building projects and mechanical installations.
  • Familiarity with Health and Safety legislation and its application on-site.
