We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Sales Representative with professional working proficiency in German to join our Global Transactional Management (GTM) team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving renewal strategy, building relationships, delivering business outcomes, mitigating risk & churn, and delivering insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute retention strategies as part of the customer success plan for accounts.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and customers to influence adoption and customer success.
- Support customers by guiding them to available support channels.
- Deliver business outcomes by defining success plans inclusive of customer priorities, milestones, risks, and metrics.
- Mitigate risk and churn by interpreting usage information and identifying areas for improvement.
- Enable customers by demonstrating and educating them on relevant functionality and content.
- Deliver insights by promoting relevant information to customers' workflow and acting as a voice of the customer internally.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in software sales with a focus on transactional sales.
- Professional working proficiency in German & English.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
