Team Leader Field Modification



About the Job



We are seeking a highly skilled Team Leader Field Modification to join our Services department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the safety and productivity of all Field Modification Operators.



Key Responsibilities




  • Lead team members, providing knowledge, experience, motivation, support, and advice.
  • Continuously seek QCD performance improvement proposals with the team.
  • Propose monthly improvement ideas.
  • Ensure team members follow proper procedures and comply with them.
  • Share special industry techniques, tools, and equipment usage, and quality or speed of production tips.
  • Act as a Field Modification Operator when necessary.
  • Ensure team members are supplied with PPE.
  • Perform safety checks on equipment and monitor worker activities.
  • Meet quality assurance standards.
  • Ensure product specifications and manufacturing procedures comply with regulations.
  • Set high standards to reach production goals.
  • Develop solutions for product defects.
  • Read technical reports and manuals as needed.


Requirements




  • Grade 12 or minimum N3 Certificate.
  • Qualified Red Seal – Mechanical or Electrical Trade Tested.
  • 2 years' experience in the relevant field managing teams.
  • Knowledge of trade techniques, tools, principles, and equipment selection.
  • Ability to operate hand power tools, slings, drilling machines, grinders, and other hand tools related to the job.
  • Read, interpret, and apply technical documents.
  • Versatility and ability to assimilate different special and critical processes.
  • Technically minded and practical.
