Marketing Specialist Job Description

As a Marketing Specialist at Initiate International, you will be responsible for driving innovative digital campaigns, leveraging cutting-edge marketing tools, and fueling acquisition strategies that push boundaries. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, technical expertise, and business acumen to deliver high-impact results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business objectives, leveraging data to inform decision-making.
  • Manage and optimize marketing tools, including analytics dashboards, campaign management systems, and digital platforms, to ensure seamless performance and maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative marketing projects to life, from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with bold marketing goals.
  • Drive creative campaigns that wow audiences across online ads, social media, and dynamic website content, working closely with external vendors and agencies.
  • Own the review process, ensuring creative work sparks excitement and matches brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Manage timelines and track approvals, serving as the go-to expert for board queries on acquisition initiatives.
  • Continuously optimize the approval process, making it more efficient and effective every step of the way.
  • Support PPC, affiliate, and paid social media channels to ensure campaigns run like a well-oiled machine, testing and fine-tuning creatives, ad copy, and landing pages to deliver performance that blows KPIs out of the water.
  • Track, monitor, and tweak campaigns to maximize customer acquisition and drive growth, leveraging tracking links for actionable insights.
  • Manage the bonus engine with precision, ensuring promotions are executed flawlessly and drive customer acquisition, planning, launching, and tracking exciting promotional bonuses.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced digital marketing or MarTech environment, preferably within iGaming or e-commerce.
  • Solid understanding of PPC, SEO, Social Media, and Affiliate channels, with an eye for using them to crush customer acquisition targets.
  • Proficiency with digital tools like Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and campaign management software.
  • Experience managing creative briefs and leading campaigns from start to finish, working hand-in-hand with external vendors and agencies.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Experience with tracking link management and attribution models, with an ability to measure campaign success accurately.
  • Bonus engine or loyalty program management experience is a definite plus.
  • Analytical powerhouse with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
