Job Description

The Helpdesk Technician Second Line at CAPAGO INTERNATIONAL is responsible for managing the company's IT systems and serving as the primary point of contact between employees and the IT department.

The successful candidate will provide technical support and assistance to employees, ensuring the operational conditions of the company's IT infrastructure are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and configure hardware and software
  • Monitor asset status and perform backups
  • Correct IT issues and receive and manage requests

Requirements

This position is based in Cape Town, South Africa, and requires the candidate to be onsite.
