Job Title: Spot Welding and Welding Foreperson

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spot Welding and Welding Foreperson to join our team at Status Staffing.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and controlling a team of welders, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Lead and motivate a team of welders to achieve production targets
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to ISO procedures
  • Manage time and attendance, and take disciplinary action when necessary
  • Program robotic spot-welding machines and maintain equipment
  • Participate in production meetings and contribute to departmental decision-making
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in welding and leadership roles
  • Knowledge of welding processes, including spot welding and robotic welding
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Valid driver's license and computer literacy
