Job Title: Welding Foreperson - Manufacturing Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Welding Foreperson to lead our manufacturing team in Blackheath. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with experience in leading teams and managing production processes.

Responsibilities:

* Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards
* Supervise and train a team of welders and fabricators to ensure high-quality work
* Conduct quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed
* Manage inventory and materials to optimize production efficiency
* Collaborate with the production manager to develop and implement process improvements

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in welding and fabrication
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Knowledge of ISO procedures and quality control
* Valid driver's license
