About the Role:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing client requirements and developing innovative solutions. They should have 3-5 years of experience in implementing and/or developing IT applications, along with experience working in a Business Analyst role in the supply chain field. In addition, they should have hands-on experience with international supply chain processes (import and export).

A strong technical and analytical skillset is essential for this role, along with a tertiary qualification, such as a National Diploma, Degree, or equivalent, in Business Analysis or related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze client requirements and develop effective, innovative solutions
- Run JAD (Joint Application Design) or requirements workshops with clients
- Document requirements and communicate effectively with stakeholders, both internal and external
- Manage projects with a structured delivery approach, adhering to best practices and standards

Requirements:
