Administrative Assistant

We are a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.
Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities:
- Administer the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening CVs, preparing interview packs, and arranging interviews.
- Maintain an effective filing system, ensuring all employee records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Issue and capture Leave forms, manage company vehicle administration, and perform general administrative duties as required.
- Assist with completing legislative documents, such as EE reports and DoL audits.
- Ensure employee data is accurate on our HR system and regularly maintained.
Requirements:
- Presentable and professional candidate with excellent communication skills.
- Afrikaans and English as second language (fully bilingual). Essential qualifications include Grade 12, any HR certificate or qualification advantageous.
- Minimum 1-year office administration experience, preferably in an HR environment.
- Understanding of HR terminology and proficient in MS-office suite of products.
- Basic understanding of BCEA and LRA core concepts.
Salary: R250,000 - R300,000 per annum, depending on experience.
