Key Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Maximize sales and profitability through effective customer satisfaction and retention, meeting sales forecasts, and driving revenue growth.
- Department Management: Develop and lead a high-performing sales organization, ensuring adequate staffing levels and training to achieve sales objectives.
- Inventory Management: Optimize stock levels of cars on premises, ensuring timely delivery of vehicles according to the Vehicle Delivery Quality Index (VDQI).
- Cost Control: Monitor and maintain direct and indirect costs within Company-prescribed parameters.
- A minimum of 3 years in a managerial position within the motor vehicle industry.
- A Sales Tertiary qualification will be an added advantage.
- Clear Criminal Record and valid Driver's License are essential.
This role offers a competitive salary range of R500,000 - R700,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work with a reputable dealership in Johannesburg, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive business growth.
