Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Critical Core Network Projects: Own the end-to-end delivery of core services, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and performance.
  • Work on Cutting-Edge Technology: Engage with 5G, NFV, VoLTE, IMS, Diameter, SIP, SS7, TCP/IP, and Cloud Core Deployments to shape the future of connectivity.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with RAN, IT, Marketing, Finance, and Regulatory teams to drive key business objectives.
  • Develop Future Talent: Share knowledge, set growth plans, and support junior team members in building world-class technical expertise.
Requirements
  • 6-8 years of Core Networks experience in GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G.
  • Expertise in Core Network architecture, protocols & integration – SS7, TCP/IP, SIP, Diameter, GTP-C/U, VoIP, and Wi-Fi.
  • Solid grasp of cloud, virtualization, and NFV (OpenStack, FusionSphere, VMware).
  • Hands-on experience with Core Network elements – HLR, HSS, MME, GGSN, SGSN, PGW, SGW, DPI/PCRF/PCEF, IMS.
  • A background in telecom, carrier, or vendor environments with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field with certifications in SIGTRAN, NFV/CNF, and Core Network protocols as an advantage.
