The Sales and Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, engaging with decision-makers, and closing deals that drive new revenue streams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B fibre sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a sales pipeline to achieve set targets.

About the Position
  1. You will identify and prospect potential business customers in your assigned area.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers to close deals.
  3. Present and sell fibre connectivity solutions tailored to business needs.
  4. Handle objections, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  5. Achieve and exceed sales targets through a strategic pipeline approach.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B fibre sales.
  • Strong hunter mentality – ability to generate and close new business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage a sales pipeline and work towards set targets.
  • Knowledge of the South African fibre market is a plus.
  • Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
