As a Golf Course Technology Implementer, you will be part of our dynamic team, responsible for installing state-of-the-art GPS trackers and Android tablets into golf carts. This role involves traveling abroad for training to perform installations in various locations, ensuring that our technology is seamlessly integrated into our clients' golf carts.

You will work with low voltage DC circuits and perform mechanical installations with precision and care. Additionally, you will configure devices including mobile phones, tablets PCs, and GPS devices, and develop strong working relationships with remote support agents.

Requirements:

  • DC low voltage: Excellent understanding of low voltage DC circuits.
  • Hand skills: Proficient in working with electric and mechanical Hand Tools.
  • Passport: Valid passport for international travel.
  • Field installation: Must have previous experience in field maintenance.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in using the Microsoft and or Google suite of products and comfortable working with software systems.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Fully embody the 'A customer's problem is my problem' mindset and proactively solve issues.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with peers, installers, and management to drive success.
