Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the housekeeping department, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and quality standards are met.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement effective housekeeping procedures and protocols to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage budgets and stock control, ensuring effective resource allocation and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of housekeeping management experience in a 5-star boutique operation or Big 5 reserve.
  • Proven experience in budgeting and stock control.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills, with the ability to write clear and concise reports and emails.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Own transport and a valid driver's license.
Package:
  • Live-in position with meals on duty.
  • Pension fund.
  • Staff Lodge Nights.
  • Work cycle 21 days, 7 days off.
  • Annual leave 15 days.
