Job Title: Digital Marketing Strategist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team at Dymaxa Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to take our online presence to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate our social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.

• Manage a strategically driven social content calendar for our company and coordinate the in-house creative production team for effective implementation of the schedule.

• Help manage and produce creative and original content (copy, images, and video) for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube.

• Set up and optimize our company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of our social content.

• Join relevant conversations on behalf of our company and provide support to current and prospective customers.

• Work closely with our customer service team as their point of contact to ensure that all customer-facing social complaints/issues are resolved with urgency.

• Moderate all user-generated content in line with our moderation policy for each community.

• Provide data analysis (social platforms) and metric reporting to our Marketing Manager.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)—like link clicks, likes, and other metrics—of our social media marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years proven working experience in Social Media Marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.

• BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.

• Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.

• Demonstrate social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.

• Basic knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO.

• Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.

• Highly organized individual.

• Strong understanding of content narrative and storytelling across social channels.

• Creative thinker and excellent written and verbal skills.

• Experience in planning, building, and analyzing digital marketing campaigns.

• Ability to work quickly under pressure, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.

Salary: R17 000 CTC
